Brianda M. Trujillo, is a professional attorney, graduated from the “Pontificia Católica Madre y Maestra”, Unversity (PUCMM) in Santo Domingo, National District , years 2005-2009. She is an Intellectual Property Attorney, specialized in Intellectual Property and New Technologies law, after taken a master and several specialized courses in this matter. She did her master degree in Madrid, Spain, where she took several courses in recognized universities such as “Escuela de OrganizaciónIndustrial” (EOI) and “Instituto de Empresa”, university. During her stay in Spain, she gave lots of seminars and courses based on the intellectual property inside and the new SINDE’s law and the principles of the personal data protection law in Spain.
Brianda Trujillo has a hard civil law experience. Since she began her law career, she started working as a "paralegal” in two prestigious law firms of Santo Domingo, such as, Delgado Malagón & Attorneys, and Del Carpio & Associates attorneys. In these law firms, she developed an active role in civil and real estate property law, gaining experience in these areas and developing practical skills.
Nowadays she continues to expand her field of law studies in Dominican universities. She has attended to several important seminars taught by top international professionals of the country, among these seminars, the followings: "THE IMPACT OF THE LAW 31 -11 AND CHANGES TO THE LAW 479-08 of Corporations. NEEDS AND CHALLENGES FOR BUSINESSES AND ENTREPRENEURS "sponsored by the CONEP and FINJUS; "Challenges of Advertising Subject to a Consumer Rights" organized by Pro consummator collaboration with Dominican League of Advertising Agencies - LIDAP and the Federal Trade Commission - FTC United States-Forum on "Anti-Spam Law," sponsored for graduates, Victor Sanchez and Cesar Molina of the legal consulting and Roberto Galvez INDOTEL Advisor Technologies for the business sector and users. - "The methodology of the Green Paper as a basic tool for the revision of the Telecommunications Act," sponsored by the graduates, Olivo Rodriguez Huertas, Luis Miguel Pereira, Fabiola Medina, Marcos David Melgar Peña and finally, she took the degree of "Techniques of Civil Appeals," sponsored by the Graduate, Napoleon Estévez and Judge Justice of the Supreme Court, Rafael Luciano Pichardo.
Her current work at “Angeles & Lugo" law firm is to participate, prosecute copyright and trademark infringers, and other civil law cases. Her principal labor is to represent, give advice to clients of the office.
