Law Degree, Magna Cum Laude Mention, graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), Campus Santo Tomás de Aquino, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, Dominican Republic.

Specialized in Intellectual Property and Information Society.  She obtained her Master in Intellectual Property at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Madrid, Spain. Within the country attended several courses and conferences on Intellectual Property, one of this is “The future of the exceptions and limitations in the digital environment”, with the presence of prestigious international figures.

She has done several diplomas in Civil Litigation, Family Law, Criminal Procedure and Customer Service. Also, she has attended important courses and workshops by the National Office of Industrial Property of the Dominican Republic.

During her stay in Spain, she performed her internship at the Legal Department of the distinguished Record company Universal Music Spain, S.L., there Ms. Cruz expanded her knowledge in the performance of contracts on Copyright and Related Rights.

She joined the firm in 2008, currently is in charge of Industrial Property Department, and works with everything related to consulting, management and registration of distinctive signs and inventions, including all types of administrative litigation. Also, provides support for the realization of advertising contracts, Copyright and Related Rights. She has attended important reunions held in the meetings of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
